COMPETING IN EVENTS When registering for a MIL event you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which include:
The party or parties registering for this event agree not to hold the organisers of the event, their agents, helpers or any other person connected with organising of the event, responsible for any injury, loss or personal damages resulting from competing in the event. Competitors must agree that they are 18 years of age or older, or this is applicable to legal guardian if under 18 years of age.
Refund policy:
Tickets booked for events:
No refund will be available on ticket offers.
If you have to cancel for any medical reason, we will refund the full amount if before closing date if closing date is missed we will refund 50% only. All the above has to be proven with a doctor’s note or certificate.
Accomodation:
Where you are purchasing accomodation for events through the MIL shop the terms and conditions of the hotel or accomodation provider will apply.
Purchase Goods:
New Accounts (Paypal Etc)
New accounts are pro forma until otherwise agreed. Full payment with order is required. For cheque payments, please allow extra time for clearance. Credit applications are available on request. Please e-mail us at loyaltyadmin@mastersinline.com. We reserve the right to refuse an account (Paypal).
Payments
Payment for goods can be made by cheque, credit card or a Paypal account. Any charges for cheques not honoured by the bank will be passed to the consumer.

Exchanges/Returns
Faulty goods will be replaced or credited. A 15% handling charge will apply to any goods returned for any other reason and they will only be accepted in a perfect condition and in original packaging. Tights may only be returned if unopened. Made to order garments and ‘special’ order items are non-returnable. See below for further details on returning goods.
Return of goods: If any of our goods are found to be faulty, missing or incorrect on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault and return them for inspection. Once verified, a credit will be issued and you may choose to request a replacement, credit or refund via your original payment method. If your parcel is visibly damaged on receipt, sign delivery note accordingly.
Change of mind If you simply changed your mind and wish to return your items, you have 30 days from purchase date to do so. The packaging must be unopened, the item unused and must be ‘as new’ when returned. All items received will be subject to a £5.00 per item handling charge and postage will not be refunded.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF: • Items returned after 30 days • Items not in original condition • Incorrectly washed garment (Always follow fabric care label instructions) • Made to order items • Special order items • Reduced/sale items • And in the interest of hygiene underwear, opened tights packets

Rest of World: £14.95 International rates apply. International parcels are charged on weight, quotation available on request. All packages will require a signature.
