Please note that when ordering photos or dvd's there is no postage charge for UK Mainland. When you are asked for postage please select photographs,dvd's or cd's. You will not be charged postage. If you do select postage and it is for photos or cd's, dvd's you will receive your postage refund as a shop voucher.

If you are having trouble ordering because you have not recieved your loyalty number, when you are asked to enter your number please enter Awaiting Number. This will NOT affect your order.
